A full licence may be granted to anyone aged sixteen if they have held a permit for six months.

Being aware of another country's rules of the road is becoming more important because the geographic barriers that once limited road travel have gradually been eroded. Today it's quite possible to simply drive onto a train in your home country and drive off in a foreign country. Possessing an international driving education will not only help you when you arrive at your foreign destination, it will also make you more attractive to potential employers.
